Flow mobile app and Huawei Y9

Morning

 

For some reason I am unable to use the app on my phone

 

When I try to sign in I get as far as entering my password

 

Then I get a generic error msg, saying unable to sign in

 

I have tried the obvious, remove and reinstall the app, change password, but still the same error message

 

All other 365 apps on working fine on my phone

 

Any ideas or solutions.......Many Thanks

    Hey @Jasondxb 

     

    This is strange! Can you please check if you are on wifi or mobile data and if on mobile data then the data services are enabled for the Power Automate app? 

     

    If you continue to face the issue, i would recommend getting in touch with support at: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

    Hey

     

    Thanks for the quick response, yes both enabled, the strange thing all my other apps work fine, just this one that does not let me log in

     

    Ill try support as suggested
