Hi Folks,

I have set up a flow to trigger when an email arrives in an Outlook Group Mailbox. Power Automate has a trigger called "When a new email arrives in a group," but I need to extract details such as the To, Cc, From, Mail body, Subject, Attachments, and other email fields from the mail arrived as the trigger i am using do not return the following details. Additionally, I want to ensure that the trigger activates only when an email arrives in the Group mailbox. Could anyone suggest a solution for this?

    Hi,

just to confirm if you are using this trigger ?

If yes - it is returning the cc , to, subject etc details as dynamic content from trigger output.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi,

Not using this one. I am using "Office 365 Groups Mail" connector and trigger "When a new email arrives to a group". The action does not returns the  Mail data like from/ Cc To and other details, that we get on trigger the flow "When a new mail is arrive in Inbox" trigger

    Hi Nived,

Thank you for the reply. Yes I am able to get the Subject from conversation topic, Sender and Mail body in html. But the trigger is not returning me users  specified in To and Cc of the mail. Is there any workaround. I thought of using "Send an Http Request" action available if you get me an endpoint that return details of mail that has been arrived if available any.

Hope this make sense. Please help me with relevant solution as per your expertise.
