I have an issue where every single Flow I have that uses connections with Excel for Business, across multiple users' connections, acting on many different files hosted in multiple SharePoint Sites and in OneDrive all fail with the same error, one example pasted below:
Graph API is unable to open the workbook.

This also affects Flows when trying to edit them—Flows using steps that affect specific tables cannot access the list of tables in the workbooks while editing, showing this error in a red banner at the top of the step: "Graph API is unable to open the workbook."
Anyone have any ideas?
