Enable/Disable user based on the Status field in the user table, but disabled user is able to log back in (which shouldn't be possible) and when logged back in it enables them again

Hi,

To elaborate on the title:

I have a model-driven app which i created a flow that enables/disables users based on a trigger. It works fine and it disables them however when testing a disable user is simply able to log back in and it automatically enables him again. Shouldn't it be that the user cant log back in until a sys admin enables?

The reason i want to disable users is when i perform an export i dont want any other users making changes.

Any ideas? or suggestions?

    Hi @brushb

A reason for this issue is that the user has a security role that allows them to create or edit model-driven apps. You can restrict users from creating model-driven apps in the default environment by creating a custom security role without the permission of creating apps. Then, you can assign all the users in the environment with this security role.

If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

Would you know what that security role might be that allows them to create a mda? Cause currently the user im testing on has 'basic' and another custom role. I removed them as sys admin.
