CoPilot custom logo is not showing

When I create a CoPilot in CoPilot Studio and set a custom logo, it displays correctly in the settings. However, when I try using it, for example in the demonstration browser, it only appears as a blue circle.

Upon inspecting the HTML code, I noticed the logo displays if I block this

Why is there a blue circle on top or something ??

Same here. The web chat version has some errors right now. Mine stops working randomly.

I think MS will fix it soon.

Hi Ryuken3D,

Yes as mentioned, i think there is some intermittent bug related to the image. We could see a lot of people in our community facing the same issue.

Anyhow meanwhile, you can try the following. Luckily for some people it worked.

Can you try uploading a new image with the support format and size.

After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere.

@Vinoth Unfortunately, the icon is already in the correct format. It's odd if Microsoft has a bug that overlays something on top of our icons. Why haven’t they fixed it yet?
