Unable to detect element of a pop up box

Hi All,

I got an issue here with Power Automate desktop, it can't detect elements of pop-up OR sometimes it can detect but after the pop-up closed, it can't detect the elements on the back. Sometimes it able to work the whole flow everything is detectable while sometimes not, any solution to this issue?

My flow started with launch chrome first, after that when It required to open a pop-up i set it to run an attached chrome with foreground window. Usually it either failed on step 21 or step 28.

My flow required to click this option & browse in the webpage:

then it will prompt the pop-up, once you chose your selection & apply, this pop-up will automatically closed.

I have the same question (1)

You might want to check the "Edit" in UI element to see if the attribute is too much.

I did tried to removed some of the attribute, but it still prompt not found.

Currently I'm trying to do when pop-up appear launch attached to tab with new browser variable, after pop-up closed, I put on another launch attached to chrome tab with new browser variable. It works for the first time, but i need to test a few more times, as it's frequently failed after a few tried previously.

You don't need to attach to a browser unless the pop-up is a separate browser window or a new tab. Your screenshot looks like it is an HTML/JavaScript pop-up, so you should be good to go with the same browser instance that you already have.

yes, correct is not a seperate browser & yes too, i did tried with the same browser instance as well, & it still doesn't able to detect.

I had tried to use both browser and ui automation, but with each change, it always only success on the first run, the second run it will definitely failed to detect.

I'm not sure what other alternative I could do to continue the flow.
