Can't copy a desktop flow to another computer

Hi,

I created a desktop flow on my machine. I want my colleagues to be able to run it on theirs.

So what I did is copy and paste the entire flow actions in a .txt file that I transfered to some colleagues.

They then copied the entire contents of the file in a newly created flow.

But when they try to paste it, nothing happens. No error message, nothing.

Please note that this has worked at least two different flows in the past.

I checked the PAD versions, and they have version 2.18, but for some reason that I can't explain, I have version 2.20. And when they try to update it, they get a message telling them that they already have the latest version.

We are located in the same country, in Europe.

Anybody know what the issue could be?

I have seen issues where you really need all your Power Automates to be the exact same version. This may be one of those. If they can't trigger the update, they may just need to download and install the same version as you.

Thanks! How can they download the same version as me, since, according to this page : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/released-versions/power-automate-desktop, version 2.20 is not supposed to be out yet.

Bonus question : how could I downgrade my version and keep all of my flows?

I found this web page with supposedly latest versions, although it has not been updated with the June release yet.

I have no idea if you can downgrade and still keep your flows.

Oh, and also I noticed the version numbers on that page do not bear any resemblance to the Help/About version number. No idea why. The versions on that page seem to be YYMM.x, so 2205.1 is first May release.

And also you can able to share code if both are using same environment just try to login https://india.flow.microsoft.com/

after click on desktop flows and share the app to a particular user.

Hi, in case this is still a problem:
I managed to copy it without pasting anywhere.
So I cpoied the original version and kept it in the clipboard and then pasted it directly from the clipboard. The same thing with Notepad in between did not work.
