A forms likert response is not showing in a power automate email

Hi all, I have created a flow that extracts the responses from a microsoft form and includes them in an email for review. One of the responses is a Likert and I have selected he correct dynamic content but the response is not pulling through and displaying in the email, it is just blank ? Can anyone help?

Hi,

Likert response details do not show up as a single dynamic content, shown in your example. Here are the steps to use the values in an email or other actions downstream.

How Likert Responses Appear in Power Automate

Each Likert question group appears as a single field.

Each sub-question (row in the Likert scale) is returned as JSON or a delimited string.

Responses might be formatted as a key-value pair, where the row question is the key and the selected scale option is the value.

How to Retrieve Likert Responses in Power Automate

1. Add "Get response details" Action

After using the "When a new response is submitted" trigger, add the "Get response details" action.

Select the correct Form ID and map the Response ID.

2. Extract Likert Responses

The Likert scale response usually appears as a single field containing a JSON object or a string with newline separators.

From, there, you will need to parse JSON or use an expression to work with individual responses.
