Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

This is my first "flow" and I'm not sure what I'm looking for/at. All I know is that I'm getting a message and this from the "Failure Summary Screen": Trigger 'When a new item is created' failed.

I have no idea what this means but it's the only place that says "errors":
