Hello,
1. Checks out word document
2 Starts approval
3. Sends approval to a office 365 list
4. Sends a reminder 8 days in to the user's who have not responded
5. Stores the responses in a share point list
6. Once 10 buisness day has been completed
7. Automatically moves to final approver
8. Final approver rejects/approves.
Everything in the flow runs correctly, the only issue is that if not everyone in the list approves it basically sends a notification loop over and over and over. Is there a way that I can just get some to approve and provide feedback but the whole list does not need ro respond?
