Flow fails at "Apply to each"

I had built a flow a week ago and when I checked it worked fine for the first few days. It is now failing at apply to each without giving a brief reason which is giving me troubles to troubleshoot the problem. Here is a snippet of my flow:

    @Anonymous Click on the 'next failed' button to find the specific run that caused the loop to fail. There you should find the specific action that caused your flow to fail with the error.
