Power Automate will not open after update: 831b4999-d816-4a3f-a484-79ee4aa78684

Hi All

 

not sure if anyone can help. Power Automate Desktop needed an update, however after applying the update I cannot seem to open the application.

 

I get the following error message:

Correlation ID: ddaff792-ff80-41ae-9404-95c5211392bd

 

When I click close and go back into Power Automate I am presented with "getting things ready" loading screen.

 

I have uninstalled the program and re-installed it but still no luck. I am also unable to log off as the sign out is greyed out.
