Flow is not visible or not showing up on SharePoint list for other users like members

I have a SharePoint list and have configured Flow for a selected item. I gave permission to the entire site to other O365 users in my org as members. I want other members to use the Flow that I created and use it just like I use it. However other members do not the the Flow option at all when they go to the list and perform the selected item action.

In addition to giving them access to the site did you also share the flow with them?

I am sorry, I am new to flow. Where can I give the access? and also are there any options to limit the access?

In the details pane for the flow you can add additional Owners, people who can edit the flow, or run only users, people who can run the flow. To see the flow users need to be in one of these two categories.

Since this is a selected item trigger there is one other possibility.  in the run only users panel you can add the list itself as a run only user.  Doing that will give anyone with access to the list the ability to run the flow.
