Hi,

I am converting the set of images from Power App to PDF , using One Drive.

I started facing 2 issues starting with

1. Convert html to PDF: An exception occurred while executing within the Sandbox on connector CONVERT FILE

and then I am facing

2. "Quota limit reached" infrequently on connector : CREATE FILE IN ONE DRIVE

"status": 403,
  "message": "Quota limit reached",
  "source": "api.connectorp.svc.ms"

ANY HELP ??
I HAVE ENOUGH SPACE IN ONE DRIVE AND ther is no Throttling issue.

    Hi @ssvk ,

    I believe this is going to occurred because you have reached the API limit in the sandbox environment.  It's not a space or throttling issue, it is a built-in limitation within the environment itself.  Can you move it to production and test again?  Always glad to help! Tom

    Hi @trice602 ,

    So we were able to resolve Quote Limit Reached. The One Drive of user's account is used, based on user who runs the flow. So, no matter whose connection is being used, while creating the flow, If the flow is ran by other user, his one drive account space is consumed.We deleted few files from users' one drive and it worked.

    But My first issue still comes intermittently once in an hour

    Convert html to PDF: An exception occurred while executing within the Sandbox on connector CONVERT FILE

    - the one drive account used is a service account with F1 Licensce. Could that be an issue?
