Power Automate Can't Edit Update Items Action

Hi - Trying to build a flow triggered on a PowerApps button.

I'm trying to follow Reza Dorrani tutorial - https://youtu.be/5lZ3xdc8DiA.

 

I have a basic flow built, but need to make modifications for dynamic approvals. So I copied the flow (Save As) and begin following the tutorial. As I'm following along, everything seemed to be ok, until I created an flow action to update the status based upon approval outcome. Power Automate is not allowing me to add the item ID for updating.

 

Any ideas on issue?

Below is screen shot of error. I try to click the apply to each and can't expand/make any further changes.
