Hi All,

Its my first time using this forum & first time using microsoft flow!

I would like to add files that are uploaded onto forms to automatically go to the relevant folder. Currently, for each form submitted the flow will create a folder with the name of the person and a list of sub folders. I would like the files to go into the sub folder of that particar person.

Excellent @CiscoAbdallah  you are doing perfect, now to get the uploaded files just you need to use Parse Json to obtain the link and that link could be used to upload that file to your sharepoint folder. See first how to obtain the link of the uploaded document.

then with that link you can use the action Create file using path to upload your file to the folder you want.

@CiscoAbdallah  search for an action called, upload file using path you are going to need a paremeter to upload file and that parameter is your link.

I think I confused you. I have a Microsoft form that staff can fill in. I already have a flow that will automatically create a folder for them. However, the form include an upload function, instead of the file going to onedrive for business it should go into their own folder.

Ok I sort of got it. Just figure out the error. I thouhgt the issue was the file didnt exist and therefore I must move the whole function to the end.

@CiscoAbdallah  excellent my friend, that error could appear because you are using directly a expression as a path please try to use compose just to get the link in a separeted action and then use that compose output to manage your path or other actions.

Did you solve this problem? I also have the same inquire, but I cannot find any solution to submit the form's file to a document library instead of the default storage path.
