Hi All,

So it is quite difficult to find how many Bots/Agents have been build using Copilot Studio or Copilot M365 inside Power Platform Admin Center even Dynamic 365

I found stg like below. However no way to understand what is here. I see some Bots that Im not able to identify, moreover most of them are BotOwner System which I do not get what it means?

Do you have any idea what in fact means System and what is taken into consideration to place a Bot over here under Bots sections. I have published a lot of Agents via Copilot Studio and none of them are visible here.

Hello Małgorzato!

you can check out this table:

As I can see it contains bots created in Copilot Studio. Finding a table for M365 Copilot agents is probably more difficult. :-)

Hello,

you should navigate to: https://make.powerapps.com and click on "Tables" button. There you should be able to find the table that I've mentioned. I'm not using Dynamics365, but the tables that I've mentioned are also being used by this tool.

Hi @Artur Stepniak,

Almost, I can see indeed Agents but only those created by me or shared with me.

And how to see all Agents published by the organization? Any idea

Hello,

you'd need to have an Admin role on the organization to see everything, I assume. You can check the role here: admin.powerapps.com, you'd need to go to the environments section, find the env that you're checking and roles/users.
