This must be possible, but clearly I am doing something wrong.
I have a custom page in my solution that reads data from a SQL Server datasource. It is just a table with data I want to show to the user.
I want to embed this page on a tab of a model driven form. I did all that in the classic editor with adding a field to the form, going to the Components tab, adding the canvas app and then editing it. Can see the ModelDrivenFormIntegration when I edit the page.
The page never shows on the main form -- I just receive an error "Sorry, there's been a disconnect. We can't find the page you're looking for. Please verify the link and try again."
Would appreciate any assistance or thoughts.
