Do you mean attachments coming through Outlook emails?
Create a file in OneDrive or SharePoint using the attachment content, and call it whatever you want instead of using the Attachment name. The only issue would be getting the extension, which you can extract from the Attachment Name by splitting on the '.' and getting item 1 from the array (I think.)
