Move file action suddenly stopped working despite no change being made

Hi, we have a couple of flows setup which move files between document libraries to act as an automated archiving process.  These flows have worked fine for over a year but a couple of months ago they started failing despite no changes being made to the flows or the document libraries in question.  They are simple flows and despite being able to find and identify the correct files to be moved at the 'Get files (properties only)' action at the next step which is 'Move file' it's showing an error that suggest it can't find the file at that location.  I've tried deleting and recreating the For Each - Move File action and recreating the whole flow from scratch and the same error keeps occurring.

I am completely stumped as to why this has suddenly started happening and what the fix might be.  As a result of these flows failing the document library in question is now over the 5000 document threshold as the archived documents aren't being automatically moved so we really need to resolve this as it's creating other knock-on issues.

I've attached a screenshot of one of the flows and the error message in the hopes someone might have a suggestion I haven't tried yet.
