PAD: Give dynamics file path into action

Hello,

I need to make dynamic file path in action. Red marks the dynamic part of the path

I already tried:
C:\Users\?\Downloads
C:\Users\*\Downloads
C:\Users\%'%username%'%\Downloads

Apparently PAD doesn't recognise these paths like Windows does.
