Hi, I am using the "Send email with options" action which doesn't let me choose the account I send the email from. What action can I use that will help me change the email address the email comes from? I would like to send from a shared mailbox.

hi @Anonymous you just have the option Send and email from shared mailbox but with no options.

Is there any workarounds to create another action that gets a different profile before sending the email with options?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Unfortunately, Power Automate does not support send an email with options from a shared mailbox currently.

If you want such a feature supported by Power Automate, please consider voting for similar ideas so it might be considered for future release:

Another workaround is to use Start and wait for an approval action and configure Requester, so Approval email will display Requested for and this email will send from maccount@microsoft.com. But we could not remove Created by who is the owner of the Flow currently.
