Help with Shifts and Outlook

Posted on by
Hi, I'm trying to create a process where I create a shift, then the person assigned that shift receives an email. I've managed that, but the issue is: to the trigger Power Automate told me to use is 'When a Shift is created, updated or deleted'.
This results in my recipient receiving an email when it's first created, then again when the schedule is published, then another 2 if I were to delete the schedule and update.

I have tried to create conditions to only make it so an email is sent for a shift creation, but I have had no success.  I can attach code view pieces if people would find that helpful, but I'd love some help with this.

Thanks,
Elliot
