Upload html file on powerapps portal to be able to see that html file as a home page of the website

Hello Team,

 

i have few HTML files for the home page and company page. Could you please let me know how can i use that HTML file to be able to see that html file as a home page in portals?

 Also, I want to create that website as a multi-lingual page, so how i can convert the English page to Polish page.

 

Kindly help with steps and images as I am a beginner in power apps portals.
