Outlook flow for a notification when a colleague does not read an email for 24 hours

Hello all,

Writing this second time, because the first time I was not signed in. 😄

I was wondering if it is even possible to automate such flow for the following scenario:

Colleague #1 receives an e-mail and does not read it for 24 hours.

If After 24 hours an email is not read, a colleague #2 receives an email saying that colleague #1 received an email and it was not read for 24 hours.

I hope I described the scenario clearly. I am new to Power Automate and any help, comments, response I can get is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Sugyveintins,

As far as I am aware this currently is not possible with the out of the box Outlook Office 365 Connector.

I would try and search in the Power Automate Ideas Forum area. If you need this feature, please submit your idea on Power Automate Ideas Forum or upvote an existing idea:

    Hope this helps a bit?
