Model driven app - Fill out a value in the form based on another fieldvalue

I have two tables in Dataverse: city and country. The city table has a lookup field for countries. I have added both the city and country fields as lookups in a third table. When you fill in the city there, I want the country to be filled in automatically. Is it possible to do it without using scripting?
