CalendarGetOnChangedItemsV3 stops working

I have a flow triggered by CalendarGetOnChangedItemsV3 that takes different actions depending on if ActionType is "added", "updated" or "deleted". It works for a couple of days, then stops working. Suddenly ActionType constantly is "deleted", even when I add a new calendar event. If I change incoming days and past days (advanced options) to other values, the flow starts working again for a number of days.  So to keep this flow working I obviously have to change the numbers every now and then and save the flow (and it doesn't seem to matter what the numbers are - I check the dates in the flow anyway so no need for getting those exactly correct).

 

Something feels broken. Has anybody else encountered this? Do you know any workarounds?
