The anchor has now attached itself to a value that came up via the search we preformed.
But we want to make that search result variable so tht we can open the record that we search for.
And first result always has a different name.
Can you please provide more context as to what you mean by the anchor and also what kind of search you are using, etc. Add some screenshots, too. That will make it easier for us to suggest possible solutions.
A wild guess based on the lack of context here is that you need to use the Get details of element on web page action or the Extract data from web page action to retrieve the search result into a variable.
For the searh we fill a inputbox with a emailadres so that we get the right employee. And the we need to open that search result. Via Searching through emailadres we get one hit, and that one we need to open. And opening that first result is showing in the picture. But anchor is linked to a name, can we attach that to flow variable?

The samples there are for local apps, but the same applies for web selectors, too.
Please note that sometimes the variable injection does not really work well in the tree view of the selector and you might need to enable the Text editor via the toggle as shown in this screenshot:
