Does anyone know if it's possible to use Power Automate to fetch Stream on Sharepoint likes and views count and feed the info into an excel sheet? And also have the info automatically update once someone likes or views a video.

    Hi @Tracy_ngu,

Since this is Stream on SharePoint you should be able to use the Get itemAnalytics method to get the views of an item in a library:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/itemanalytics-get?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

I am not sure about the likes though. I will have another look for that part.

Below is an example to get the views of a single item

    _api/v2.1/drives/@{variables('DriveId')}/items/@{variables('DriveItemId')}/analytics/allTime?$expand=activities($filter=access ne null)&$select=access/actionCount

    Hi @Expiscornovus,

Sorry, I'm a beginner in Power Automate.

What should I select for DriveId and DriveItemId? I'm not sure if the view data I can pull from is from the view column field we created or the analytics built into Sharepoint. I'm trying to get data from the latter as per below.

Also, after that, would I need to add another step to feed the data into Excel Online?

What are the variables DriveId and DriveItemId?
