Bad Request on Invoke HTTP Request

Any insight on this ?  I checked my environment id - is right 
 
 
If it means anything. I can connect with  the Entry Pre-Authorized connector (shown above) but when I try the other option I did get this.

    N/M I got it - ty - needed to set my pre-authorized connection with 
     
    https://api.flow.microsoft.com
    https://service.flow.microsoft.com
     
     
    So - in short - If I use HTTP - Preauthorized  this works - but not using the pre-authorized generates the Bad Request Error
