Gift Notification from Raiser's Edge to Outlook Inbox - Unable to locate "Mail" connector

I am attempting to set up weekly gift notifications from Raiser's Edge NXT to multiple Outlook emails using a Blackbaud/Microsoft Power Automate Guide. The prerequisite is to add the "Mail" connection and I am unable to locate the connection following the exact steps provided here - Gift notifications - Microsoft Integrations. Do you know why "Mail" is not populating for me?

    Hi,

The Blackbaud guide may be referencing an older connector name. In current Power Automate environments, the connector is often listed as Office 365 Outlook or Outlook, rather than simply Mail.

    A few things to check:
    • Search for Office 365 Outlook when adding a connection.
    • Verify you have a valid Microsoft 365 mailbox license assigned.
    • Confirm the connector isn't blocked by a DLP policy in your environment.
    • Make sure you're creating the flow in the correct environment and have permission to create connections.
    • If you're using a personal Outlook account, some business connectors may not appear as expected.
If you can see other Microsoft connectors but not "Mail", it's likely a naming change in the documentation rather than a missing feature. I would try adding an Office 365 Outlook connection and see if the tutorial works with that connector instead.

    Thanks & Regards,
