Cognito Entry number appearing incorrect in excel

So I have a flow that adds rows into an excel sheet on One Drive from a Cognito form entry. It's a successful flow, adds everything i'd like. My problem is that when it inputs the entry number from another form it adds numbers before it. Under FCCActionPlan i'd like it to read 10, but it inputs as 116-10. Is there any way I can change is??

So it's when a new entry is added to Cognito is adds a row to an excel file on OneDrive. The FCCActionPlan column is taking it's information from FCCActionPlan(ID) through the flow. (I seem unable to insert a screenshot for some reason).

I can see on other documents we have that the same thing occurs.

Hi @MSFlowFCC ,

Could you share the configuration of Flow and the approximate process of your testing?

I'm afraid I can't reproduce the problem you mentioned based on your description.

Please provide more details so that we can provide a suitable method.
