even this works, if uri is GUID

Error i get:

A type named 'SP.Data.947243c9-9b83-41ec-a2a1-fd60771288a5ListItem' could not be resolved by the model. When a model is available, each type name must resolve to a valid type.

in the mean time i was thinking about a workaround... using the get lists, then filtering out the requried list by GUID and using the name in the body of the http request...

    Unfortunately following problems appeard....

    - with my "test" list it worked only if I made a workaround and transformed the first letter to capital "Test"

    - with my real list its not working, if i keep the spaces in the name, or i replace them for "

_x0020_" or even if i write the name as plain text... the body is just not possible to please

    Hi @Sifu ,

    SP.Data.ListNameListItem

This is the category of the SharePoint list, which is unique for the list and doesn't chnage.

you need to pass the same category of the list whether you are fetching list by name or GUID

    Thanks

    Vivek Pande

Well, it works with the name (if simple enough) but not id... See above

i partial figured some stuff.... i cant work out how to give the GUID to the body but you can use ListItemEntityTypeFullName in this command which was accepted and it looks like it will not change since is the original name that reflects the url of my list.... i got it from this link:

    https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/sitecollection/_api/web/lists('your  guid')

once you launch that search for "ListItemEntityTypeFullName", value is then SP.Data.YourListListItem

If someone still comes up with an idea how to integrate the guid to both uri and body, i give him my first born 🙂
