Issue with JSON: Automating forms and calendar invites

I am unable to identify why I have this error and how I can solve it. 

The multiple choices for my one question on forms accurately matches with the calendar's invite title as shown in the error. 

This is the process I followed for my flow: https://www.damobird365.com/attendee-registration-using-microsoft-forms/

    Have you used parse json for parsing the body output from Get Response details and then pass it in the apply for each ?
