I have a simple form set up to capture existing customer details when they request a follow-up contact. The details are being sent to sales staff via email. The issue is that the email field is coming through as "anonymous".
I have seen a similar solution to this in cases where you can check "Only people in my organization can respond", however I am using this form externally for customers to submit their details to be contacted.
Any ideas?

If you are going to allow anyone (anonymous responders) to fill in the form then you are going to need to ask for responder's email address as one of the questions on the form:
