Is there a reason why we cannot send an approval FROM a shared mailbox? I have found all of the reasons why sending TO a shared mailbox is not possible but not being able to send FROM a shared mailbox.
My flow sends approvals to the whole of our department and they all appear to the recipient as if I have requested the approval. I have changed the 'Requested by' section but still people are asking me personally about these approvals. It would be so much easier for myself and my team if these approvals could come FROM our shared inbox.
I am happy for my name to remain as the creator, I just need it to come from the shared inbox.
I have looked into the create an approval/send an email/wait for approval response but having to add links instead of having the functionality of the approvals action is frustrating.
