Accessing lookup field value in flow

Hi,

I have a list that contains a Lookup column that is based on a list from a parent site. The column has been added like "Add from existing site columns". The principle is well know I guess.

My problem now is, that this particular column is no listed as "Dynamic content" when trying to modify the list entry. All other columns are listed, but not that one. I already did some Google research and found out, that these kind of columns (lookup columns from other/parent sites) are not listed and/or not accessible be default.

What I want to achieve is in theory very simple: After an item has been created/modified, a text column should be updated with values from other columns. And one of these columns is the Lookup column.

Anyone has a solution therefore or an idea how to solve that?

Any chance to retrieve the item by REST API? Result must include the value of the lookup column of course.
