Provide and revoke permission to run a Power BI report

Hello,

 

I would like to create a solution that could allow an end user to provide permission to run a Power BI report, so that in 24 hours this permission would be revoked.

    So you want to give the users self-PIMing abilities to Power BI Reports?

    When you say run report, is this generate and download a report?

    If so do they have premium licsenses?
