"Paste an action" list does not displayed

Hi,

I copy actions for my workflow in Power automate. Upon clicking "+" there is no additional "Paste an action" tab. Can someone assist me on this matter? Thanks

Hey Mate,

Right click and copy the action first...

Right Click and you should see "Paste"

Hi,

This is common and may mean the copy action didn't finish or create a copy. If it was successfully copied, it it available to paste with either a left or right click on the add an action submenu.

I did try to copy the action.

2. The system prompt the "Copied" message.

3. Right click to copy. There is no "Paste an action" tab.

Hey there, are you trying to copy and paste within the same Flow or a different one? Also, try creating a new Flow, add the actions, and let me know how it goes.

You can also try the Old Designer and copy paste the actions.

Hi,

I just ran into the same problem and fixed it just make sure Copy to Clipboard is allowed in the browser.

You will see this popup after copying an action.

Suggestion by QS-27121215-0 fix the problem, work for Power Platform and Logic App,

Manual to allow clipboard in Chrome:

Accessing the Clipboard Settings:

Open Chrome and type chrome://settings/content/clipboard in the address bar and press Enter.

Alternatively, go to Chrome's main settings (three dots in the upper right corner).

Click on "Privacy and Security".

Click on "Site Settings".

Click on "Permissions" and then "Clipboard".

For me also worked to change the clipboard settings of the brower.

You must set in the browser that the use of the clipboard on that specific website is allowed.

For those who do not see the paste action, look out for this when you click copy

click allow, and you should be good to go
