Radio button's value still displayed even though I clicked the new item.

Everything was okay, but after I clicked on an item (e.g., Item 1) that had either no or yes options, the emergency SCR still displayed the value of item 1 even though I had clicked on a "NEW ITEM"

 

 

I put the reset on the ‘OnSuccess’ but never worked.

 

I followed this video to create the radio button.

    Hi @happyyear,

    Could you please show me how you set this Radio button Default property?

    Do you mean that Radio button has default value when you create a new item?

     

    I think you should set the Default property of the Radio button as below:

    If(SharePointForm1.Mode = FormMode.New, "", ThisItem.'emergency SCR'.Value)
