reply with a message in a channel not work

I built a flow that can reply message automatically.
it ran stable for several months, but about one week ago(February 2rd), the function reply with a message in a channel (my channel is private channel) can't work anymore. instead of send a reply to a message, currently it can only build new messages.
I tried to build a new flow to test, currently it can only send new message, not reply

history information said the flow ran succeed

    I tried to create a flow to reply message in a public channel, I meet the same issue. looks like this is a new bug. Since this actually works before, now not matter in private channel or in public channel if I reply message as a user will cause this problem!
    by the way, I tried to reply as a flow bot, looks like if the message is in private channel, it works, reply will base on the right messages, but if it is in private channel, the flow bot doesn't work. the error message is ('{"error":{"code":"BotNotInConversationRoster","message":"The bot is not part of the conversation roster."}}'.)
    But! if the reply send as the user, it will create a new message instead of reply based on the message ID.

    I also have same issue. It has worked, but not now.

    I've run it every working day for 1 year and found last week it didn't work.

    Waiting for MS does something on this.

    I also meet the same issue as described, I also built a flow to reply messages according to a specific message id in a private channel, it has worked fine for a couple of months. But now this function is not available anymore, it could only build a new message, instead of reply a message with its message id.

    I've double checked the flow, it's the same as before.

    I don't know what's going on, Maybe it's a new bug of Microsoft.

    I also have same problem since February 1, 2022. I've used that flow several months ago. I also created a new simple flow and tested, same problem is occured.

    I got the exact same problem, tried different ways to try to solve it but it looks like a microsoft problem.

    Finally they did something. It works now. Chek your flows out.

    And when I change the sender of the message from "flow bot" to "user" it works totally fine.
