I would like to setup my sharepoint to allow users to review/suggest edits within the document.
Im hoping to add the following features to this.
1. send email to group of user when document is uploaded.
2. Allow 2-4 users to “volunteer” to review the document. (Assign themselves the document)
3. Update status of document as the review process is taking place (need reviewer, review in process, completed)
4. send email to document owner that review is complete.
is this possible? I’m very new
Good Questions. Here are some suggestions.
1 - Build a flow where you use the SharePoint trigger When a file is created and action Send and Email.
2 - Add columns to SharePoint library for reviewers
3 - Add status column to SharePoint Library
4 - Build a flow where you use the SharePoint trigger When an item or a file is modified
