For some reason, on all of my apps the fields editor for forms is entirely blank? Can we please fix this Microsoft..
Can you clarify the data source that you are using?
If it's a collection, this may be one reason why the fields do not appear in the fields dialog.
It sounds as though you want to address this question directly to Microsoft. If that's the case, you can raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Create support ticket' button on the following page.
