Can't get email shared mailbox - Flow succeeds

Good morning,

I read all the threads about the Shared mailboxes and It's really confusing, I tried different solutions but I always get some errors. Now I finally could succeed in the flow but no data are added in Excel, so I assume something is wrong.

This is the flow:

I am desperately in need to get a daily report with the unread emails in a subfolder of the shared mailboxes of my team. Even if I was added as the owner of all the mailboxes that I need to map, I can't run the flow as I want 😞

Thanks in advance for the help

    Hi @Anonymous

Your search query looks quite strange. In that field you should have an OData query to filter the information.

Here's an article in how to do it.

Can you please check if and let me know if you have any questions?

    Hi Manuel,

I read the link you posted, I fear the function I want is too advanced for me, I am managing a team of accountants, so my skills in IT are limited.

In my understanding, I have to make a HTTP request to list messages in the subfolder I need to map, the problem is, I don't know how.

Thank you very much for the link

    HI @Anonymous

No worries. Let's try to figure this out 😀

The "search query" is used to, instead of getting all information, filter the records to get what you need. So my question is. What do you want to get? After we know what you want to get we can create a query to filter and go from there.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

The function to get emails from shared mailbox is not supported in Microsoft flow currently.

    Best Regards,

    Alice

@manuelstgomes you're super kind and patient!

My goal is to run a daily report in Excel that lists the emails in one specific subfolder of a shared mailbox.

If I simply leave empty the Query field, I get the list of all emails in the shared mailbox. How can I filter only this subfolder? If it was my own mailbox, than it would be easy, but the shared one, looks way more complicated.

    Hi @Anonymous

    No worries, glad to help.

Let's try something different. Why don't you set the trigger for each email that arrives in the shared email box on a specific folder and then adds it to the Excel? It's simple and, as @v-alzhan-msft getting all emails from shared email boxes is not supported by Power Automate yet.

    Something like this:

I used the flow you proposed for a month, indeed it lists the emails but I need to measure the folder on a specific time frame, while this one is live, triggered each time a new email comes in.

    Such a pity, there's no solution 😞

    HI @Anonymous

Indeed. Mine broke also, but I'm sure Microsoft will come up with a better solution soon.

    Hi, Good Morning!

Even I am also trying to get the latest emails from shared mailbox but facing same issue. The flow runs without an error but can't get the emails. Any alternate solution could help.
