Powerapp not connecting to SP list

Hi all,

 

All of the sudden our app tracking deliveries made to our loading dock has stopped working.

 

Had a quick look and there is no outage reported.

 

Can anyone help us out?

 

UPDATE: all good SP List reached more than 5,000 records.
