Following the learn tutorial at Download chatbot sessions - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
I do not have "Data" option on the side pane. There is only "DataVerse", hence I cannot access Entities option etc..
Any clue?

If you create PVA bots as part of the PVA app in Teams, conversation transcripts are NOT stored on the ConversationTranscript table.
Instead you can download them from the bot analytics: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/analytics-sessions-teams.
In your screenshot though, are you saying the down chevron doesn’t expand the Dataverse menu?

Thanks for showing me to retrieve the transcript from the bot analytics.
My screenshot showed the difference between the expected menu option ("Data" below Create) from the learning guide versus my actual encounter ("Dataverse" below Create), hence I was not able to get further since I had no "Data" menu option below Create.
I was attempting to get the transcript by following the learning guide.
All in all, your advice on conversation transcripts not stored on ConversationTranscript table did enlighten. (despite I am not yet proficient to comprehend ConverationTranscript alike entity features yet).
