How to modify in a specific time the status of all the work items on Azure DevOps from a specific work item type using Power Automate

We have a project on Azure DevOps in which we have many custom work items, and once a week we need to update the status of all the work items from the same type "Weekly Update", we need to change the state from "Doing" to "Done".

Any idea or suggestion will be very appreciated.

    Hi @EverardoGzz,

Normally a Azure DevOps query and a Get Query results action are really useful to get a list of work items. You can combine that with a Recurrence action to check this on a weekly basis.

    Below is an example

    1. The query in Azure DevOps. This is just an example, you can amend the query to only retrieve items which a specific state as well.

    2. The flow setup. Within the apply to each you can use an Update work item action which sets the System.State field to the value Done.
