Resubmit only specific input values for a flow test in Power Automate

Is it possible to resubmit only specific input values for testing in Power Automate?

For example when a flow has several input variables, and you would like to adjust only one value, and the other values remain the same as a previous test. This could save a lot of time!

I know there's the option to resubmit a previous test with the resubmit button or with 'automatically - with a recently used trigger'. But in both cases I don't see an option to adjust the input values. So it seems you only have the choice of resubmitting all input values or none, but I'm hoping that I've missed something 🙂

    Hi There,

You can use compose action to set the default value of all variables. Then when testing you can modify only those variables which you want to resubmit.

Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks for your feedback, @sandeepstw.

But I have a situation where I have a childflow with a number of mandatory inputs, so I prefer to not change all that with compose actions everytime I need to do some quick testing.

Right now I built a seperate smal testflow, with a 'run childflow' action. So I can change or keep the previous values of the inputs inside that action.
That does work, but is also not ideal. I was hoping to find an easy build-in interface option in Power Automate 🙂
