Sharepoint List updated Flow broken

Hello!

I have a flow which has been in use for a while and works great. This flow picks up results from a Microsoft Forms sumission and writes them in a Sharepoint List (Among other things).

Now this Sharepoint List has been changed, more specifically one Field was deleted and replaced by a new field (data was copied over).

Unfortunatly the Power Automate Flow does not seem to be aware of that change until I try to run the Flow which leads to an obvious error.

Do I have to redo the entire 'Create Item' Block in Power Automate or is there a way to refresh the existing Block so that I only have to assign the dynamic content to the "new" Field?

Any help is appreciated & a happy new year!

You don't need to re-create the create item action but you do need to edit the flow and make sure the question in the form is being saved to the new column in SharePoint. Get out of the flow then go back into it before you do this as fields in the action don't update dynamically.

Thanks for the quick reply Rob!

Unfortunatly even after reentering the Flow it still shows the old field instead of the new one. Is it one of these things were Microsoft needs a while to hand over the updates between the services?

No it normally happens as soon as you either re-start Power Automate or go back into the flow. Have you a screenshot?

    Okay, its working now...

One thing I forgot to mention is: The new field has the same name as the old one had (because some datatypes don't allow you to change the datatype of the field even when the field is emtpy).

After a while it apparently automatically reassigned the dynamic content to the new field. It did take some time though.

    Thanks for the help!
