Respond to Power Apps Error

Why does Power Automate not like my flow 'Respond to a PowerApp or flow (1)' action?

    Do both Respond actions have the same set of Output parameters?  Since they are both going to talk to the same Power App the schema for their outputs needs to match.

    The Respond to Power Apps needs to be the last action in the flow. Remove the Terminate action that you have on the No side.
